Hi, I’m aileen maher.
Having successfully run her own hairdressing business for 25 years, Aileen became a full-time educator within the hairdressing industry after completing her Teachers, Assessors and IQA award. During this time, Aileen saw the need for scalp education and furthered her career to become a qualified Hair, Scalp & Wig Specialist. Aileen is an Educator for Oncology Aesthetics with Oncology Training International (OTI).
In 2019 Aileen launched her online training platform – a step by step training programme for hairdressers and barbers on the basics of scalp education including the reasons for hair thinning and hair loss, solutions and treatment, through to the fitting of hair pieces and wigs. This is a bespoke service that hair salons and barber shops can offer to their clients, and also an extra revenue stream for salons.
